The firm [Obae & Ding'i Advocates] was conceived by a merger between Ding'i & Ding'i Co. Advocates-that had been in
existence since 2018-and Obae Onyando & Co. Advocates-which had been operational since 2019. The merger of the law
firms was necessitated by our need to extend the scope of our legal practice in terms of the nature of work undertaken, and
the capacity to perform and discharge our duties to our clients effectively and efficiently.
