Chacha is an Advocate for the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M. in Environment and Natural Resources) from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from Mount Kenya University, and a Postgradu-ate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Chacha is a leading expert in public sector audit services, judicial review, civil litigation, land law, environmental law, labour disputes, family law, human rights, conveyancing, and property law, espe-cially in projects and the perfection of securities. He has acted for banks, real estate developers, and petroleum companies, among others. Chacha is also a chattered mediator and the general secretary of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) Africa. Acted for a leading Kenyan investment and real estate company in the acquisition of a 10-acre piece of land in Ridgeways, Kiambu, worth USD 92.5 million, and Dagoreti worth 250 million for phase 1 and 2 billion for phase 2, respectively.
